As an internationally-active research institute, the RGZM does not only cooperate with institutions in many member states of the EU, but also beyond that. Since it began, this cooperation has led to long-term regional research partnerships (i.e. Center of Excellence and Excellence Cluster) and to the establishment of foreign positions abroad.
