From Mainz main train station:
Bus lines 6, 6a, 64, 65, 99 to station Bauhofstraße/LRP Landesbank. Then walk approximately 400 m in direction of the Rhine. To your left, there is the palace of the Prince electors of Mainz and the RGZM.
Approach
From Bingen:
Follow the A 60 to the motorway-triangle Mainz. Continue on the A 643 in direction of Wiesbaden until the departure Mz-Mombach. Depart from the A 643 in direction city-center. Follow the road (K6, Rheinallee) for about 5 km along the Rhine. Pass by the palace of the Prince electors to your right and turn right on "Große Bleiche". The RGZM is located directly to your right. Parking is available in nearby parking garages.
From Wiesbaden:
Follow the B 455 in direction of Mainz city-center. Cross the Theodor Heuss bridge and continue straight on "Große Bleiche". The palace of the Prince electors and the RGZM are located directly to your right. Parking is available in nearby parking garages.
From Rüsselsheim:
Follow the A 60 to the departure Mz-Laubenheim. Depart from the A 60 in direction of Mainz city-center and follow the road (B 9, L 431) along the Rhine for about 5 km. Passing Theodor Heuss bridge, the palace of the Prince electors and the RGZM are to your left. Parking is available in nearby parking garages.
From Alzey:
Follow the A 63 in direction Mainz. At the interchange Mz-Süd, continue on the A 60 in direction Franfurt to the departure Mz-Laubenheim. Depart from the A 60 in direction Mainz city-center and follow the road (B 9, L 431) along the Rhine for about 5 km. Passing Theodor Heuss bride, the palace of the Prince electors and the RGZM are to your left. Parking is available in nearby parking garages.
